John Dorney is a writer and actor best known for stage roles at theatres including the National Theatre, the BBC Radio 4 sitcom My First Planet; and his writing for the Big Finish Doctor Who range of audio dramas, the Royal Court and Radio 4.
He’s won two Scribe Awards for best spin-off audio drama, a BBC audio drama award, and the BBC’s Sketch Factor and Show me the Funny competitions, and represented the UK at the International Young Writers Festival Interplay.
His favourite film is The Apartment.
Jessica Regan is an award-winning actor who graduated from RADA in 2007. Since then her theatre work includes productions at the National, Regent’s Park, Bristol Old Vic, the West End, New York and L.A.
Recent television includes BBC’s Ill Behaviour now streaming on Netflix UK & Ireland, Nowhere Fast for RTE and It Should Have Been Me for Merman/Sky. She has also voiced numerous characters on the multi-platform gaming smash Witcher III: Wild Hunt.
She is playing Matilda Blackwell, a role she originated, in The Sweet Science of Bruising by Joy Wilkinson at Wilton’s Music Hall this summer.
Her favourite film is Magnolia.
Tom Salinsky is the artistic director of improvisation company The Spontaneity Shop, co-author of the book The Improv Handbook (Bloomsbury Methuen Drama) and he teaches presenting, public speaking and storytelling for a wide-range of corporate clients.
With Robert Khan, he is the author of five plays – Coalition, Making News, Kingmaker, Impossible and Brexit – as well as various scripts for Big Finish.
He is the producer of the award-winning podcast The Guilty Feminist (starring Deborah Frances-White) and its spin-off Global Pillage.
